Office 365: Requirements
Operating Systems: Some folks like Macs and others use Windows. Office 365 runs on both:
Windows 7
Windows 8
MAC OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
MAC OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
MAC OS X 10.7 (Lion)

Office 365 also runs on Windows XP and Windows Vista until January 1, 2014.

Office Desktop Software: Office 365 connects your desktop to the Internet. The following versions of Microsoft Office will work:
Office 2010 (with Service Pack 1, SP1)
Office 2007 (with SP2)
Office 2011 and Outlook 11 for the MAC

Connectivity: In addition to the Microsoft Office suite, you need the following:
.NET 2.o or later
Lync 2010
